The Manor is at the quieter end of the farm and looks down towards the bird sanctuary, making the cottage ideal for those looking for a quiet getaway.  It has a private garden with large patio area, a small children’s play frame and plenty of parking.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, a twin bedroom, a king size bedroom and a family room with a king size bed, bunk beds and an ensuite. There is also a large downstairs king size bedroom with ensuite.

Downstairs there is a spacious dining room with a locally made table to seat 10. The separate kitchen is well equipped and features a large electric range.  Under the stairs we’ve made space for a small children’s snug with a TV and DVD player. The lounge has a log burner and oak floor, along with a large flat screen TV, DVD and music system.  There are large sliding doors that open out onto the patio and south facing garden, which is quite a sun trap.
