Spring & Autumn are the perfect time to visit Cornwall without the crowds. The hedgerows are bursting with life & the weather is often beautiful. The beaches have plenty of room (and the lifeguards are there from Easter to October half term). The Camel Trail is a great way to spend the day, and you can hire a variety of trailer bikes for your little ones. The local attractions are open to enjoy without the queues.
