New for 2014 is The Barn, formerly Barn and Elm cottages, now being completely renovated and upgraded ready for spring this year.
This new cottage will sleep 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Downstairs there will be an open plan kitchen and dining area with a large oak table to seat 10 people, with slate floor throughout. LED lighting will be throughout the cottage.
The lounge will have two large sofa’s and snuggler swivel chair, a log burner and wall mounted flat screen tv, DVD player, cottage Ipad and its own wifi internet connection. There are two downstairs double bedrooms, both with ensuite’s. Oak stairs will take you up to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Comprising of a large double room with extra space for a cot or put-u-up bed, a bunk room and a twin room that converts to a super king if needed, with ensuite.
There will be thermostaticaly controlled underfloor heating downstairs and raidiators in the bedrooms. It has a fully enclosed south facing garden and patio area. An outbuilding with washing and drying facilities along with storage space.
