Following last year’s successful renovation of The Barn, we have decided to renovate an old house on the farm.
When finished, the property will sleep 8 + 2 in four bedrooms: there’ll be a downstairs double bedroom with en suite shower room, then upstairs a large family room with a double bed and bunk beds, also with an en suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms, one twin and one double will share the family bathroom.
Downstairs will feature a spacious kitchen and separate dining room overlooking the garden. The large lounge has access to a south facing patio in the sheltered, walled garden. Last of all, we hope to have enough space under the large staircase for a children’s den/snug!
Work has just started this week, stripping out the old carpets, fixtures and fittings. We hope to complete the property before the summer holidays, but we can’t confirm that yet. It is worth letting us know if you are interested in staying in the new property though, as we can keep a note of your interest and keep you informed of the progress!
