Ridgeway Park is a 4 bedroomed house in a rural location and has been award the Visit England 5 Star Gold award. Situated 1 mile from the Olde House complex, where guests have full access to all the facilities and activities.
Ideal for that family get-together to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, staying with friends or even that romantic get-away. The village of Chapel Amble is just 1.5 miles away.
The property occupies a site on its own, set in nearly 0.5 acre of grounds, with amazing uninterrupted countryside views as far as the Camel Estuary and Roughtor on Bodmin Moor.
On arrival you will find a home made cream tea and fresh flowers in the hallway, plus all the beds made up for your arrival, with towels provided.
The large entrance hall leads to the kitchen/dining area, with bi-fold doors leading to decking (with additional seating for al fresco dining) plus sliding door to the side onto more decking. The kitchen with granite worktops and electric range, nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler plus all that you require for everyday living. As well as the kitchen/dining area (with TV) the ground floor comprises of four bedrooms.
The lounge, on the whole of the first floor, has underfloor heating, TV/Blu Ray player and wood burner. Bi-fold doors take you onto the large balcony with stunning views of all the surrounding countryside – few properties enjoy a view like this over so much Cornish countryside. At the other end double doors, with Juliet balcony, overlook the garden area. We have created a small children’s area at this end, with TV/DVD and beanbags.

Availability & Booking
During peak times we only accept week long holidays from the cottage changeover day.
However short breaks may be available, but can only be booked by phoning the office.
