Friday Changeover

Penpont Mill is a large four bedroomed detached house in a rural location just one mile from The Olde House site and the village of Chapel Amble.

Recently refurbished with a new kitchen (includes wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine). The dining area has sliding doors leading to new outside area (ideal for alfresco dining).

With its large garden, ample private parking and wonderful views of the countryside Penpont Mill is the ideal place to stay if you are planning to go away with friends or have a family get-together. There is one bedroom on the ground floor (twin beds) and a shower room. Upstairs, two king bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room), a twin bedded room and family bathroom, with over-bath shower.

Just a 10 minute car journey from the safe, sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, and the town of Wadebridge with its quality shops and restaurants.

During peak times we only accept week long holidays from the cottage changeover day.
However short breaks may be available, but can only be booked by phoning the office.
