CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
The Olde House runs a Cancellation Guarantee scheme to ensure that if you are forced to cancel the whole of your holiday for either of the following reasons all monies will be returned.
(a) Any of the named persons being called for jury service or as a witness, during the holiday period.
(b) Accidental injury/illness/quarantine or death of any of the named persons, before the start of the holiday.
Any claim under this scheme must be accompanied by written evidence.
I understand that if I am unable, for any reason, to take up the reservation, except in circumstances provided for in the Cancellation Guarantee scheme, the whole rent is payable. If you decide not to take out our Cancellation Guarantee scheme and cancel your holiday, no refund is possible, however we are happy to hold all monies received for you to use another time.
If during peak times however, The Olde House can relet the cottage, all monies received will be returned, less any expenses incurred and a handling charge of £25/ week.
Linen
Linen is included within the price of the cottage on the number of beds requested.
Towels
Towels can be hired at a charge of £3.50 per person per week or short break and can be changed during longer stays by letting us know.
Pets
We accept dog/cats at a charge of £20 per week each. Pets are allowed on the strict understanding that they are kept under control and not left unsupervised in the cottage or around the grounds. We also ask that any dog fouling is removed from paths and lawn areas.
Cot, High Chair and Stair gates
These can all be hired free of charge upon request. All cottages can accommodate up to 2 cots, if you require more, please call the office (08447700420) to confirm the size of the cottage. Barn and Elm cottage have spiral staircases and therefore stair gates will not fit these stairs.
Fold out bed
Also known as P-u-up beds are available free of charge. Again if you require more than one, we need to confirm if they will fit in selected cottages.
