A 2 bedroomed cottage with patio built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool.
Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin with single beds. Wash basins and convector heaters in both bedrooms.
NEWLY REFURBISHED FOR 09 - Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron and ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Lounge has Freeview flatscreen television and DVD.
The settee will convert into a double bed.
The heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters and an electric fire in the lounge.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
