A lovely spacious bungalow suitable for our less able guests. In the centre of the complex with level access, very close to the swimming pool and facilities we offer. Grass area outside with picnic table where you can sit and barbecue.
The lounge/kitchen is open plan and large. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob.Dining table and chairs.
Lounge area has Freeview Flatscreen television and DVD. Plenty of room for wheelchair manoevrability.
The settee will convert to a double bed.
There are two bedrooms. A double and a twin with single beds. There is room in either bedroom for a cot or single put-u-up.
Bathroom is spacious with bath and separate walk-in shower and seat. There are hinged grip handles beside the toilet and bath. Knock on/off taps on bath and basins. Heated towel rail, shaver point. Designs of all bathroom equipment is with our less able guests in mind.
Heating is by storage and electric convector heaters and electric fire in the lounge.
Laundry room facilities are available to our guests free of charge.
