A 2 bedroomed bungalow built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and is situated in the field beside the swimming pool.
The living area is open plan with the settee converting into a double bed. Freeview Flatscreen Television and DVD.
Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob, iron and ironing board, dining table and chairs.
One double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with wash basins.
Heating is oil fired central heating with radiators throughout in all rooms.
NEW Bathroom with WC and hand basin, power shower over the bath and heated towel rail.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
