One of our newest properties built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool. Level access and centrally heated throughout with thermostatically controlled radiators.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double, twin room with single beds and a bunk bedroom. All have duvets with covers. Fitted vanity units with hand basins in the double and twin bedrooms.
Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Downstairs is open plan with a brick archway separating the kitchen/lounge. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a paved area.
Freeview Flatscreen Television and DVD. The settee will convert to a double bed.
Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron and ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Shower room downstairs with another toilet and hand basin.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
