A 3 bedroomed cottage built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool. A short walk from the tennis courts, pool and adventure playground.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double, twin room with single beds and a bunk bedroom. There are wash basins in both the double and twin rooms.

Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath.

Electric convector heaters in all bedrooms.

Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob. Iron & ironing board. Dining table and chairs.

Lounge has television and DVD.

The settee will convert to a double bed.

Laundry room facilities for use by our guests free of charge.
