A 2 bedroomed cottage built of Cornish stone granite and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool. A short walk from the tennis courts, pool and adventure playground.
The bedrooms are upstairs. A double and a twin room with single beds. Wash basins and convector heaters in both bedrooms.
NEWLY REFURBISHED FOR 09 - Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Lounge has Freeview Flatscreen television and DVD.
The settee will convert to a double bed.
Heating is by storage heating and electric convector heaters and an electric fire in the lounge.
Laundry room facilities available for our guests to use free of charge.
