A 3 bedroomed cottage with patio built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool.

Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds and a bunk room. There are convector heaters in all bedrooms and wash basins in the double and twin rooms.

Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath.

Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.

Lounge has television and DVD.

Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters and an electric fire in the lounge.

The settee will convert to a double bed.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
