A large stone and slate building being the original cow house and grain store, now converted into four cottages, one of which is Fern Cottage.
Upstairs there is a bathroom, wc and hand basin with a shower over the bath.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twins beds. Both rooms have hand basins and convector heaters.
The ground floor is open plan, incorporating a lounge and a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob. Iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
