One of our newest properties built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool. Level access. Oil fired central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators throughout.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double, twin room with single beds and a bunk bedroom. All have duvets with covers. Fitted vanity units with hand basins in the double and twin rooms.

Bathroom upstairs with WC and hand basin, shower over bath.

Downstairs is open plan with a brick archway separating the lounge/kitchen. Patio doors in the lounge lead to a paved area.

Television and DVD. The settee in the lounge converts to a double bed.

Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.

Shower room downstairs with another toilet and hand basin.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
