A 2 bedroomed bungalow built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof situated in the field beside the swimming pool.

The living area is open plan with the settee converting into a double bed. Patio doors lead to a paved area. Television and DVD.

Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.

One double bedroom and a twin bedded room, both have washbasins and convector heaters.

Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Bathroom with shower over bath.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
