This cottage is adjoining Lilac Cottage.

It is a single storey builing built in Cornish stone and slate, with patio doors leading onto a wide lawn, surrounded by trees, allowing greater privacy.

There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has a handbasin and convector heater.

There is a bathroom, wc, hand basin and shower over the bath.

The lounge area is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen/diner fitted with a washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and dishwasher, plus an electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board. Dining table and chairs.

Television and DVD.

Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters.
