NEWLY REFURBISHED FOR 09 - Bathroom with WC and hand basin, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters. Electric fire. All heating and electric is included in the rent.
