This cottage is adjoining Manor Cottage, with an entrance hall.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.

There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other room with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted hand basins and convector heaters.

The ground floor is an open plan, incorporating a lounge, dining room and well equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, iron & ironing board. Dining table & chairs.

Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters.

The settee converts into a double bed.

Television and DVD.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
