A 3 bedroomed cottage built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool. Adjoining Bracken cottage.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double, twin room with single beds and a bunk bedroom. There are wash basins in the double and twin rooms.

NEW Bathroom is upstairs with WC and hand basin, power shower over bath.

Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.

Lounge has television and DVD. There are patio doors leading to a paved patio area.

Heating is oil fired central heating with radiators in all rooms.

The settee will convert to a double bed.

Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
