A 3 bedroomed cottage built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof and situated in the field beside the swimming pool.
The living area is open plan with the settee converting into a double bed. Patio doors leading to paved patio area.
Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Double, twin and bunk bedrooms. Duvets with covers. There are washbasins in the double and twin room.
