A 3 bedroom cottage adjoining Elm, converted from a two-storey barn. Lawned area at back shared with Elm.
The living area is open plan with a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob. Iron & ironing board. Dining table and chairs.
Double bedroom downstairs with room for a cot. Fitted vanity unit and hand basin.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with two single beds in each.
Bathroom upstairs with shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
Freeview Flatscreen Television and DVD.
Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters and is included in the price.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
Internet access now available to all onsite cottages.
