Accommodation
A 3 bedroomed house Bramble cottage is built of Cornish stone granite quoins and a slate roof. It is adjoining Bracken cottage and only footsteps away from the swimming pool and all our facilities.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double bedroom, twin room with two single beds and a bunk bedroom. There are wash basins in the double and twin rooms together with wardrobes and radiator in all bedrooms. Cot, high chair, stairgate, put-u-up can all be provided free of charge, on request.
The upstairs bathroom has a WC, hand basin, shaver point, power shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Downstairs is open plan. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs. There is a decorative brick arch dividing the lounge from the kitchen/diner.
The large lounge has a lounge suite, the settee converts to a double bed if required. There is freeview flatscreen television and DVD player. Patio doors lead onto a paved patio area.
The heating for Bramble cottage is oil fired central heating with radiators in all rooms and is included in the rent. All bed linen is also inclusive. Towels can be hired or you can bring your own. Free Wi-fi is provided for all on-site cottages.
Please do not arrange for any groceries to be delivered before your time of arrival.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
