Accommodation
A 2 bedroomed bungalow built of Cornish stone granite quoins and slate roof. Just a few steps away from the swimming pool and all our facilities.
The lounge area is open plan with a lounge suite, the settee converting into a double bed. Freeview Flatscreen Television and DVD player. There are patio doors which open onto a paved area with lawns beyond.
The well equipped kitchen/diner has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven, hob, iron and ironing board, dining table and chairs. There is a decorative brick archway dividing the lounge from the kitchen/diner.
There are one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with wash basins, shaver point, wardrobes and ample storage. Cot, high chair, stairgate, put-u-up are all available free on request. All bed linen is included, but towels can be hired or you can bring your own.
Heating is oil fired central heating with radiators throughout in all rooms. All heating and electricity are included.
The bathroom has a WC, hand basin, shaver point, power shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.
The Laundry room facilities are available to our guests free of charge.
If you arrange a grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.

During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday,Summer Holidays and October Half Term weusually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however ifyou are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office andwe can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hrplease phone the office as this is not available to book online.
