Bracken cottage is a 3 bedroomed house built of Cornish stone granite quoins and a slate roof. It is just a few steps away from the swimming pool and all our facilities.The large living area is open plan with a decorative brick archway between the kitchen and lounge. The lounge suite has a settee which converts into a double bed, if required. Patio doors lead out onto a paved area. There is also a Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player. Free Wi-fi is provided to all on-site cottages.
There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds and a bunk bedroom. Duvets with covers. All bed linen is included. There are washbasins in the double and twin room together with wall radiators. Towels can be hired or you can bring your own. Cot,high chair, stairgates can all be provided on request.
Upstairs is the bathroom with WC, hand basin, shaver point, power shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Please make sure that any grocery order is delivered after your arrival time.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2 nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
