If you are planning to go away with friends or want somehwere for a family get-together then Penpont Mill is the ideal place for you. This large four bedroomed house is situated just one mile from The Olde House Complex and the picturesque village of Chapel Amble.
Ground floor comprises of entrance hall, one twin -bedded room with washbasin, and shower room with washbasin and toilet.
Spacious kitchen with built-in oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer fridge freezer, microwave plus all the usual kitchen requirements.
Separate dining area and large lounge with digital Freeview TV, DVD, video, radio/CD player and open fire. Both rooms have doors leading to a patio with views of the magnificent countryside.
First floor - two bedrooms, each with king size beds, and one twin bedded room - all have fitted wardrobes,washbasin and shaver point. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.
Bed linen, central heating, electricity included in rental. Towels are available to hire. Duvets on all beds.
Cot, highchair, stairgate, baby sitting all arranged on request.
Well behaved pets are welcome, however, there is a charge. Maximum 2 dogs.

Friday to Friday changeover Easter to October. Arrival time after 4.00pm - departure time by 10.00am.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2 nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hrs please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
