Accommodation
Ridegway Park is situated 1.5 miles from Chapel Amble village and The Olde House complex. The property occupies a site on its own, with stunning, uninterrupted views of all the surrounding countryside. From the property you can look towards Chapel Amble village and the Camel Estuary with Roughtor and Brown Willy to the North.
Few properties enjoy a view like this over so much Cornish countryside. There is a very large totally enclosed garden with garden furniture, swings and barbecue plus ample parking for cars and boats.
The living area comprises of open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with built-in oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer plus all the usual kitchen requirements.
The lounge area has an open fire and Freeview TV with DVD player and there is a dining area with table and chairs.
Four bedrooms - two double rooms and two twin bedded rooms - all have fitted wardrobes, washbasin and shaver point. Duvets on all beds.
*NEW FOR 2012* Shower room with walk in shower, toilet, washbasin. Baby bath also provided.
Bed linen, central heating, electricity included in rental. Towels are available to hire.
Cot, highchair, baby sitting all arranged on request.
Well behaved pets are welcome, however, there is a charge. Maximum 2 dogs.

During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday,Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hrs please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
