Accommodation
Smeathers is a 4 bedroomed farmhouse situated one and a half miles from The Olde House complex. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and breathtaking views, the house is just 400 yards off the parish road. An ideal place if you seek complete seclusion yet only a 5 minute car journey from the popular beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock.
The house is spacious and fully double glazed. Downstairs comprises an entrance hall, shower room, wc and hand basin.
The large kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board.All electricity is included.
The Utility Room has a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a combined wc and shower room.
The enlarged lounge has a lounge suite, Freeview flatscreen television, DVD player and Log burner. There is a separate dining room.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms,one ensuite, one with wash basin. Both rooms have space for a cot or single put-u-up. One room with full size bunk beds and a twin bedded room with wash basin. Duvets are provided on all beds.
All bed linen is included. Towels can be hired or you can bring your own.
Cot, high chair, stairgate and put-u-up are all available free, on reuqest.
Completely renovated bathroom has bath with power shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Full oil fired central heating with radiators throughout, all included in the price.
Outside there are large gardens with swings, sandpit, picnic tables, barbeque and ample parking.
Smeathers farmhouse provides a perfect base for that 'get away from it all' holiday - peace and tranquility, yet only a short distance from the local town of Wadebridge or the enchanting Cornish coastline, rich in character and history.

During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2 nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
