Barn Cottage is a 3 bedroom house adjoining Elm Cottage, converted from a two-storey barn. It has a lawned area at the rear which is shared with Elm. There is parking space on the gravel immediately in front of the house.
The living and dining area are open plan with a spiral staircase. The open tread spiral staircase may not be suitable for young children. A lounge suite, Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player are all provided. Free Wi-fi is available to every onsite cottage.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board. There is a dining table and chairs.
Downstairs the double bedroom has room for a cot. This room is fitted with a vanity unit, hand basin, wardrobes and electric convector heater.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. Each bedroom has a hand basin, wardrobe and electric convector heater. There is no room in either upstairs bedroom for a cot or put-u-up.
The bathroom is upstairs with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.
All bed linen is included, towels can be hired or you can bring your own.
Heating is by night storage heaters and electric convector heaters and is included in the price.
Please do not arrange for any groceries to be delivered before your time of arrival.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2 nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
