Accommodation
Lilac cottage is a snug two bedroom bungalow adjoining Chestnut Cottage. Parking is conveniently outside the cottage.
It is built in Cornish stone and slate, with patio doors leading onto a wide lawn, with trees and fencing. The lawn area is shared with Chestnut.
There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds each having handbasins and convector heaters. Cot, highchairs, stairgates and put-u-up can be provided free of charge on request.
There is a bathroom with wc, hand basin, shaver point and a shower over the bath.
The living area is open plan with a lounge and well equipped kitchen/diner. In the cosy lounge is a lounge suite, a Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player.
The kitchen has washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, iron and ironing board. There is a dining table and chairs.
Heating is by electric night storage heaters and electric convector heaters. All heating, electric and bed linen is included.
Towels can be hired or you can bring your own.
Internet access is now available to all onsite cottages.
If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
