Chestnut cottage is a bungalow built in Cornish stone and slate, with patio doors leading onto a wide lawn, with trees and fencing, the garden area is shared with Lilac cottage. Parking is conveniently adjacent to the cottage.
There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has a handbasin and convector heater. All bed linen is included, towels can be hired or you can bring your own.
Cot, high chair, stairgate, put-u-up can be provided free on request.
There is a bathroom, wc, hand basin, shaver point and shower over the bath.
The cosy lounge area is open plan, with a lounge suite, Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player.
The well equipped kitchen/diner is fitted with a washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board. There is a dining table and chairs.
Heating is by electric night storage heaters and electric convector heaters and is included in the rent together with all electricity..
Internet access is available to all on-site cottages.
Please do not arrange for any groceries to be delivered before your time of arrival.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
