Accommodation

Marsh Cottage adjoins Bridge Cottage. This pleasant 2 storey house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, both rooms with convector heaters and fitted hand basins in and one bedroom with bunk beds. There is room for a cot in the double and twin bedrooms. 

All bed linen is included, towels can be hired or you can bring your own.  Cot, highchair, stairgate abd put-u-up can be provided free on request.

The bathroom is upstairs with hand basin, shower over bath, W.C.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron and ironing board, breakfast table and chairs.

The large lounge/dining room has a lounge suite with the settee converting into a double bed, if required. Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player, dining table & seating for 8. Free internet access is provided to all onsite cottages.

Heating is by electric night storage heaters and electric convector heaters with an electric fire in the lounge. All heating and electric are included in the price.

Laundry room facilities are available to our guests free of charge.

If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.

During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request.  Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays. 

Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights).  If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
