Accommodation
Meadow View is a 2 bedroom bungalow with parking for one car next to the cottage.
It has one double and one twin bedroom with two single beds. Duvets with covers. Both bedrooms have handbasins with shaver point. Cots, high chairs, stairgates, put-u-ups can be provided free on request. All bedlinen is included, towels can be hired or you can bring your own.
The bathroom has WC and hand basin, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
The kitchen/lounge is open plan. The well equipped kitchen has rural views with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven, hob, iron and ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Patio doors lead from the lounge out onto a paved area with lawns beyond. The lounge suite has a settee which will convert to a double bed. There is Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player.
Oil fired central heating throughout with thermostatically controlled radiators. Wi-fi, Central heating and electricity are inclusive in this bungalow.
Laundry room facilities are available to our guests free of charge.
If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
