Overview

Accommodation
A large stone and slate building being the original cow house and grain store, now converted into four cottages, one of which is Plumtree Cottage.
There are three bedroooms, one with a double bed, one with twins beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The double and twin bedrooms have hand basins and all the bedrooms have convector heaters.
All bed linen is included, towels can be hired or you can bring your own. Cot, high chair, stairgates & put-u-up can all be provided free, on request.
The ground floor is open plan, incorporating a kitchen/lounge/dining area. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. Iron and ironing board. There is a dining table and chairs.
In the lounge there is a lounge suite and the settee converts into a double bed. There is a Freeview flatscreen television & DVD player. Free internet access is available to all cottages onsite.
Upstairs there is a bathroom, wc, hand basin and a shower over the bath.
Heating is by electric night storage heaters and electric convector heaters. All heating and electric is included.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.

During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday,Summer Holidays and October Half Term weusually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however ifyou are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office andwe can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hrplease phone the office as this is not available to book online.
