Accommodation
This is a large stone and slate building being the original cow house and grain store, now converted into four double glazed cottages one of which is Moss Cottage. Outside is a shared grassy area for these cottages with barbeque and seating.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with wc, hand basin with shaver point, the shower is over the bath.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted hand basins and convector heaters.
Cot, high chair, stairgate, put-u-up can all be provided free on request. Bed linen is also included. Towels can be hired or you can bring your own. There is plenty of room in the twin bedroom for cot or put-u-up.
The ground floor is open plan, incorporating a lounge area with a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric oven, hob, iron and ironing board. There is also a dining table and chairs. There is free internet access to all onsite cottages.
In the lounge there is a 3 piece suite, Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player. Heating is by electric night storage heaters and electric convector heater.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge. All electricity and heating is included in the price.
If you arrange a grocery order, please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
