Accommodation
Ivy Cottage is a 3 bedroomed house built of Cornish stone granite quoins and a slate roof. A few footsteps from the tennis courts, swimming pool and adventure playground.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms - A double, twin room with single beds and a bunk bedroom. There are wash basins in both the double and twin rooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space with wall convector heaters. All bed linen is included. Cot, high chair, stair gates, put-u-up bed are provided free on request.
Upstairs is the bathroom with WC, hand basin, shaver point, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Electric convector heaters in all bedrooms. All electric and heating included in the rent.
Downstairs is open plan with a well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board. There is a dining table and chairs.
The lounge has a Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto paving with lawned area beyond. The lounge suite has a settee which will convert into a double bed, if required. There is a decorative brick archway dividing the lounge from the kitchen/diner area.
Laundry room facilities for use by our guests free of charge.
If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.
Free internet access available to all onsite cottages.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
