Accommodation
Holly Cottage is a 2 bedroomed house built of Cornish stone granite and a slate roof. It is situated a few footsteps from the tennis courts, swimming pool and adventure playground.
Upstairs are the bedrooms A double bedroom and a twin bedroom with single beds. There are wash basins and convector heaters are in both bedrooms. There are built-in wardrobes with ample storage, all bed linen is included but towels can be hired or bring your own. Cot, high chair, stairgates and put-u-up can all be provided free of charge on request.
The bathroom is upstairs with WC, hand basin, shaver point, shower over bath and heated towel rail.
Downstairs is open plan. The well equipped kitchen/diner has dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven, hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
The kitchen/diner is separated from the lounge by a decorative arch brick wall.
The lounge has Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player. The lounge suite has a settee which will convert to a double bed, if required. There are patio doors leading from the lounge to a paved area with lawns beyond. All onsite cottages now have free Wi-fi included.
Heating is by electric night storage heaters, electric convector heaters and an electric fire in the lounge. All heating and electric is included in the price.
Laundry room facilities available for our guests to use free of charge.
If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
