Accommodation
Hawthorn cottage is a 3 bedroomed house with patio built of Cornish stone granite quoins and a slate roof. It is just a few footsteps away from the swimming pool and all our facilities.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds and a bunk room. There are convector heaters in all bedrooms and wash basins in the double and twin rooms.
Cot, highchair, stairgate or put-u-up bed can be supplied free of charge on request. All bed linen is included. Towels can be hired or bring your own.
The bathroom upstairs has a WC, hand basin, shaver point, shower over bath, heated towel rail.
Downstairs is open plan. Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, iron & ironing board, dining table and chairs.
The lounge has patio doors leading out onto paving with lawned area beyond. The lounge suite has a settee which will convert into a doble bed, if required. There is Freeview flatscreen television and DVD player. The lounge is separated from the kitchen/diner by a decorative brick archway.
Heating is by electric night storage heaters and electric convector heaters. There is an electric fire in the lounge. All electric and heating is included in the rent. The settee will convert to a double bed. Internet access is free in all onsite cottages.
Laundry room facilities available to our guests free of charge.
If you arrange grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time.
During school holidays i.e. Easter Holiday, May Day Bank Holiday, Summer Holidays and October Half Term we usually only accept week long booking, on the stated changeover day, however if you are restricted to a specific holiday duration please phone the office and we can try and accommodate your request. Also the 3 weeks over Christmas we have a minimum of 5 night stays.
Out of these times any duration can be booked (min 2nights). If you would like your holiday to start within the next 48hr please phone the office as this is not available to book online.
