Pencarrow has been the home of the Molesworth-St Aubyn family since 1560. This magnificent Georgian House stands in a grade II listed garden of 50 acres, which comprise of formal gardens, woodlands, a lake, a mile long carriage drive, an ancient iron age fort, Italian gardens, ice house, Victorian rockery and much, much more for everyone, including the dog!

There are guided tours of the Georgian house throughout the day, which is still lived in by the family, and contains a superb collection of pictures, furniture, porcelain and antique dolls.

Enjoy a light lunch or cream tea in the 17th century café, or browse the craft and gift shop. Everyone is welcome, especially the dog !


The house is open from 1st April 2007 until 25th October 2007

Sunday - Thursday only, with regular tours from 11.00 - 3.30pm

The gardens are open daily from 1st March 2007 - 31st October 2007
