This is the sailing centre of North Cornwall. What ever type of boat you have you will be well catered for in Rock. Windsurfing, water ski-ing and sailing tuition is available daily from the pontoon.
For the energetic you can walk from Rock to Daymer Bay by the coastal footpath and onward to Polzeath.
On your return journey to Rock walk across the world famous St. Enodoc Golf Course where you can visit St Enodoc Church, which was once covered by sand, and is now the final resting place of the poet Sir John Betjeman.
The pedestrian and cycle ferry,across the estuary to Padstow, leaves Rock on a regular basis during the summer.
At the end of a busy day unwind in one of the many pubs and restaurants that are close to the beach.
