Nestled between Polzeath and Rock you will find the idyllic beach of Daymer Bay. A large sandy beach with shallow water and few waves offers the the ideal place for children to explore the rock pools and play safely on the acres of golden sand.

A very short walk will take you to St. Enodoc Church, the final resting place of Sir John Betjeman. Or for the energetic you may like to climb Brae Hill, for the breathtaking views of the Camel Estuary. Follow the coastal footpath to Polzeath, have coffee at the Waters Edge Restaurant, and if it is low tide saunter back across the beach to Daymer Bay.

On summer evening local players recite Betjeman's poetry on nearby Brae Hill.

Very popular with windsurfers.

Large beachside car park, with shop and toilet facilities.

Daymer Bay is dog friendly.
