A Guide to Cornish Seabirds - Event at St Agnes

Cornwall's coastline is one of the county's pride and joys. Given that there's more coast than in any other English county, it's unsurprising that you'll find a lot of different environments around it, and lots of different environments means different habitats, which in turn means a diverse list of resident species.

Kestrels are often seen on the Cornish coast. Spot one on your self catering Cornwall holiday.

If you want to learn more about these species during a self catering Cornwall holiday, then there's a great opportunity for you to do so on Thursday 9th February. Steve Rogers, a top bird photographer from Cornwall, will be taking people out and about, giving advice on spotting Cornish sea birds and telling you which birds you can expect to see.

If you'd like to take part in the tour, then the meeting point is outside Driftwood Spars, Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes, TR5 0RT, and you can get more information on 01872 240777, extension 214, or by emailing abby.crosy@cornwallwildlifetrust.org.uk

Remember to wrap up warm and wear footwear that's comfortable for walking!
